Julie Briggs B.Bus(CSU), M.B.A.(CSU), LLB(Hons)(UNE),LLM (Leg Prac) (ANU)
The principal of Julie Briggs Management Services (JBMS), Julie holds a distinction level MBA in International Business, an Honours degree in law and a Master of Laws (Leg Prac).
Julie has worked closely with business and government for fifteen years, initially as Manager of the Wagga Wagga Chamber of Commerce, then as Executive Officer of the Wagga Wagga Business Enterprise Centre. In the latter role Julie assisted thousands of business and prospective business people to explore their business ideas, develop business plans and establish businesses throughout the Riverina region.
In late 1997 JBMS was contracted by the Riverina Eastern Regional Organisation of Councils to provide project management services to the Organisation. A voluntary association of 15 Local Governments located in the eastern Riverina region of NSW, Julie's main role is to identify, initiate and implement resource sharing projects for REROC. The primary purpose of REROC is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of local government through the creation of resource sharing opportunities utilising economies of scale and shared corporate knowledge. In the last 10 years those activities have implemented efficiencies that have generated savings in excess of $17 million for REROC members.
Julie has a strong background in strategic planning and business planning. Recently completing corporate plans for Bland Shire Council and Goldenfields Water County Council as well as completing an audit of facilities and services across the Albury-Wodonga ACC region which the led to the preparation of an action plan for the 10 councils involved.
As Executive Officer of the Wagga Wagga BEC Julie prepared business studies for the business incubators that were established by that Organisation as well as working on the feasibility studies for a Heavy Vehicle Driver Training Facility and a Technology Park.

Tracey Cornell B. Bus (CSU)
Tracey Cornell has been providing broad-based project administration support with JBMS for fifteen years and in this role provides all the financial administration for both REROC and JBMS.
Tracey is responsible for the management of the REROC Waste Forum and is REROC's representative on Renew NSW. She also has responsibility for the management of REROC's Youth programs.
Tracey has worked on all the major projects JBMS has been involved in including the development of strategic plans for community organisations, business plans, corporate business plans for local government and federal agencies. She has been a driving force behind the development of the Yours2Take initiative and Safe Sharps project.
Tracey previously worked with the Wagga Wagga Business Enterprise Centre and has experience in both the preparation and assessment of business plans. She has also been involved as a trainer with the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme, where she provided training to small business people in marketing and finance.
Catrina Huie
Catrina joined the JBMS team in 2013 and works as a project officer, her main focus is on the delivery of environmental and youth projects for REROC. Her work includes maintaining and expanding our Safe Sharps website, managing the free ewaste collections and working on the implementation of the Community Recycling Centre project. Catrina also works on our major events: the annual No Time to Waste and the Mapped Out conferences as well as Build and Bridge and the Take Charge Youth Leadership Forum.
